BMCC Breakfast Talk Series #8

Join us for the BMCC’s 8th instalment of the Breakfast Talk Series on the topic “British Education in Malaysia”

Tony Downes, Provost at the University of Reading Malaysia who recently signed an MOU with the BMCC in officiating the “BMCC Johor” will be providing a mission overlay of UK Universities in Malaysia.

The UK is already a large contributor to Malaysia’s education goals, with a number of highly-regarded UK schools, colleges and universities having opened campuses in Malaysia. There are currently more than 20 British international institutions in Malaysia.

Our second speaker, James Wellings (Director of Innovative Learning) from the Garden International School KL, a Malaysian international school adopting a British curriculum, will be sharing on “Developing a learning culture - Lessons from the Garden International School”.

This Breakfast Talk Series is open for all members of the public, although will especially be suitable for educators and students alike, as well as parents looking to learn more about British / International school systems.
