Members of the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce
BMCC offers networking contacts for all of its members, particularly with Government officials, with particular relevance to smaller and newer members who often lack the resources of the larger and longer established older members.
The Lost Food Project
The Lost Food Project is Malaysia's pioneering food bank NGO that sources quality, nutritious, in-date surplus food that would otherwise end up in landfill and redistributes this food to those who need it most regardless of religion, gender, age, disability or ethnic group. Our dedicated team of mostly volunteers work closely with food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers to rescue this food and reduce food waste, which also has the positive environmental impact of reducing landfill and associated greenhouse gas. With the help of our partners and funders, we currently rescue over 30 000 meals per week.
