Their Service Innovation division have designed a bespoke IT solution to address the entire business model. The team have designed, developed and tested the IT solution to include propertrack.com's portal, the real estate agency firm online services. Running in parallel, their PR & Marketing department were appointed to plan and roll-out the marketing and advertising exercise for propertrack.com's brand awareness programme. Working together with the Service Innovation division, the department have designed all the propertrack.com artwork, brands, collaterals, ad space in national newspapers and magazines, online viral marketing, exhibition design and the soft launch of propertrack.com. Asia Move Machine governs propertrack.com's products and services. propertrack.com acts as a Malaysia-based property marketing platform and solution for Malaysian and International property developer’s property developments, real estate agency firm's secondary market properties, FOR SALE, LEASE or RENT as well as property related business service providers, to include eg., real estate agency, valuation, conveyancing solicitors, accounting and taxation services, insurance, international banking, wealth management, expatriate services, storage and removal companies through to furniture rental and leasing amongst others.
