Education & Industry working together to nurture and celebrate Design & Manufacturing in Malaysia

The BMCC is thrilled to support Youth Made Malaysia (YMM), an initiative created to connect schools and companies in Malaysia to help contextualise learning for design and technology students.

YMM focuses on providing students with opportunities to experience real-life working experiences brought to them by companies in various industries as well as work placements and internships. The YMM allows students to go for field trips and site visits to experience first hand the day -to-day design processes that place across all industries.

In Malaysia there are now almost 30 partner companies and 13 partner schools collaborating with YMM, with a number of them being BMCC members. YMM is hereby looking for more companies to help their students. Interested companies can range from CAD providers and model-makers, to designing, technology manufacturing and architecture. No commitment or financial input involved.
