Marks & Clerk is pleased to announce that they received the much-coveted Firm of the Year award for intellectual property (IP) prosecution in both Malaysia and Singapore at the Managing IP Asia-Pacific Awards 2019, held on 20th March in Hong Kong. This is an outstanding achievement for the Malaysian office in particular, as there was stiff competition from much larger firms, including Henry Goh & Co, Shearn Delamore, Skrine, Wong & Partners (Baker McKenzie) and Zaid Ibrahim & Co.
