Celebrating 40 Years of JPA-BMCC Management Development Programme

The JPA-BMCC Management Development Programme is primarily aimed at providing an opportunity to Government officers at senior levels to have ‘hands-on’ exposure by working with British companies. This unique programme also provides an effective platform for BMCC to create a closer rapport between the public sector and the British private sector in Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

This year the program will be more remarkable as it celebrates its 40 years of anniversary. Since its first implementation in 1983, there have been twenty-three (23) other Management Training Programmes over the years and active participation from various Government Ministries and Departments have benefited from this program.

Human Capital Development Division of the Public Services Department was thus made responsible for coordinating the programme for the Government, working together with BMCC.
