In accordance with the Malaysian Prime Minister's announcement for a Movement Control Order (effective 18 to 31 March 2020), the BMCC Executive Office will be physically closed and all published BMCC events are also suspended until further notice.

Nonetheless, please be assured that the BMCC will continue to operate and fulfil during this time, where possible, your membership benefits with us. Our team will be operating remotely from home, however we remain committed to continuing our communications and engagements with you via available technological conveniences. These include discussions on future planning, industry feedbacks and dialogues with Government agencies.

You may contact us via mobile or email if you need to speak to any of us. For members who wish to meet, we would be happy to organise a meeting through video calling services.

As always, we encourage everyone to heed preventive and general hygiene measures; making sure to follow the guidelines set by professional and regulatory agencies.

How To Provide Feedback

To make a complaint or provide other feedback, we ask that you email us at, making sure to include your name and contact information, along with a clear description of the reason for your complaint. Alternatively, you may wish to send an official letter to our Executive Office at the address above. You may also wish to offer your suggestions on how the BMCC might make amends. Please rest assured that we take all complaints very seriously and we will endeavour to do all that we can to set things right. Your feedback will be kept strictly confidential.
