KAPLAN FORUM: ARE WE DOING ENOUGH TO DEVELOP TALENTS EFFECTIVELY

To kick start 2020, Kaplan together with BMCC conducted a survey with a focus on utilising Professional Education to Develop Talent and Drive Business Growth.

This survey has been created to understand trends in professional education from the employer’s perspective and to explore if employers today are training their staff effectively and efficiently. For the purpose of this survey, the professional education is primarily focused on finance and accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW and AAT.
