This September’s IPSEF Middle East, the sister event to IPSEF Asia which is held in Kuala Lumpur in March each year, will include two speakers from Malaysia.

The IPSEF events have a history of sharing best practice in the international and private school sectors, with IPSEF London having included in the past Dato’ Satinah Syed Saleh, at the time with the Ministry of Education’s Private Schools Division, and Andrew Dalton, Principal, The International School @ Park City. Their contributions built awareness of the dynamic private education landscape in Malaysia, and helped schools and investors better understand how to enter the Malaysian market.

IPSEF Middle East to be held in Dubai from 27-29 September will include two speakers from Malaysia, BK Gan, President, Taylor’s International Schools and Denise Sinclair, MGS Principal, Matrix Global Schools.

Taylor’s Schools have over the last ten years have increased their number of schools from two in 2005 to seven in 2016. This was accomplished through both acquisitions and start-ups in both Malaysia and Singapore. Mr. BK Gan will share this growth and their strategy going forward.
Denise Sinclair will explain how Matrix Global Schools have created child focussed school buildings that inspire and support learning, whilst not undermining the economics of a school.

IPSEF is delighted to share the global best practice from these two key Malaysian educational organisations with an international audience in Dubai.

IPSEF is a unique international conference addressing the business issues of private and international schools. By drawing together senior figures from education, government, the investment community and suppliers such as awarding bodies, architects and recruiters schools can meet the people they need to help them expand or enhance their operations in new or existing markets. BK Gan will be speaking at this event. In Dubai 2016 IPSEF is launching a parallel conference, IPSEF Design & Build. Denise Sinclair will be speaking at this event. IPSEF runs in Dubai and Malaysia. The next edition takes place in Dubai from 27-29 September, and then in Kuala Lumpur from 22-24 March 2017. For general information see www.ipsef.net
